Due to ties, an occasional mis-shipment, and other factors, many schools will be missing awards after the regional competition. Approximately two weeks after the regional contest, when you log on to your account, there will be an "important message' regarding your missing regional awards.
(Reg Awards: ) indicates that additional regional awards have been ordered for your school. You'll see a list of them there.
(No Reg awards have been ordered) We have no record of your school needing any awards. If you disagree, please contact your REGIONAL HOST.
All coaches are required to check this list to make sure it matches what you need. If you find a correction is necessary to the list, please email the awards chair after verifying the information with your regional host. Corrections to the list will be accepted until NOON ON MARCH 15th. No additional regional awards may be ordered after that date.
For those schools who have individuals or teams qualifying for the state finals, you are to pick up your order on the day of state finals in Altgeld Room 341 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Schools who fail to pick up their awards will have them shipped at their expense in late May.
For those schools who have no participants in the state finals, your awards will be shipped around the end of April.
