Before entering the online registration process, you need to have the following information:
1. Official School Name
2. Approximate School Enrollment (This will be verified with the official IHSA school enrollments before regionals are assigned)
3. School Address, Phone Number, and Fax Number
4. Name, Email Address, Home Phone Number (for emergencies only) of Head Coach
5. Name and Email Address of assistant coaches (max of three allowed)
6. A password which you can remember.
Please do NOT enter the online registration before having all the information listed above.
Note: Effective with the 2006 Contest, coaches are responsible for maintaining accurate school information. School information (including email addresses) may be made at anytime on the website after the registration process. To ensure correct typing, you will be required to retype each email address during the registration process. The two must match before they are accepted.
For new coaches, it should be noted that the contest website and email are the primary means of communication used for the ICTM High School Contest. Your email address must be entered correctly to receive the latest information about the contest.
