While qualifying for the state finals is an exciting experience for all students involved, there are also school obligations which must be met. The state finals would not be possible without the help of proctors brought from each of the qualifying schools.
The following should expect to be assigned one proctor:
All Division 1A/2A Full Team Qualifiers
Division 3AA/4AA Schools who qualify eight or more students, but not a full team
The following should expect to be assigned two proctors:
All Division 3AA/4AA Full Team Qualifiers
If due to circumstances beyond your control you are unable to bring your proctors as assigned, please email the State Finals Site Chair as soon as possible.
After you find your proctoring assignments, please print appropriate instructions and statements from the menu below. All instructions and statements are .pdf files, so you will have to press the BACK button on your browser after viewing and printing.
