- USF has reduced tuition for PLS classes effective June 1, 2010. Courses will be offered for $535 (technology courses are $600). For benefit-eligible faculty and staff, the total cost for each course will be $85 for three credit hours ($150 for technology courses) after you receive tuition reimbursement! You may be reimbursed up to nine credit hours each fiscal year.
- While USF has reduced tuition, PLS will have to raise it's own fees beginning this Fall. PLS has not raised its fees since 2001. Effective with Fall classes, courses will be offered for $560 (technology courses are $625. For benefit-eligible faculty and staff, the total cost for each course will be $110 for three credit hours ($175 for technology courses) are you receive tuition reimbursement! You may be reimbursed up to nine credit hours each fiscal year.

TUITION COSTS
Tuition for PLS courses is $535 ($600 for technology courses) effective June 1, 2010. For benefit-eligible faculty and staff, the total cost for each course would be $85 for three credit hours after you receive tuition reimbursement! You may be reimbursed up to nine credit hours each fiscal year.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
1. (if applicable) You must complete the Pre-Approval Form for Course Reimbursement and Lane Movement before you register for a PLS class to be considered for tuition reimbursement and lane movement. You can download this from from the Moraine Valley Intranet.
2. Once you receive approval (if applicable), call 1-866-PLS-CLAS (1-866-757-2527). You will need to leave a $50 non-refundable deposit, with the balance due on the first day of class.
3. Once twelve people have registered for a particular class, you will receive a confirmation letter from PLS. If twelve people are not registered for a class 10 days prior to the first class, the class will be canceled and deposits refunded.
